Temporary Part Time Office Administrator role supporting a small close-knit team with administration tasks and providing customer service. This is a temporary position for 2-3 months requiring immediate availability.
Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming post and documents
Support the senior team with administration tasks when needed
Assist with public enquiries in person, by phone, or email
Keep both paper and digital records organised
Monitor office supplies and reorder when needed
Update the website with meeting minutes, agendas and news
Make sure noticeboards are kept current
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent customer care skills with a professional telephone manner
A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask
Previous experience in an administrative or PA role
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
