Job Responsibility:
warmly greeting clients and visitors and efficiently directing them to the appropriate colleagues
managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
professionally handling phone calls and promptly relaying messages
coordinating and organizing meetings
ensuring the office environment remains tidy, organized, and fully stocked with essential supplies
serving as the main point of contact for building-related issues, including repairs and access card matters
acting as the liaison between the office and the finance department, managing any financial inquiries or documentation
assisting the team with ad hoc duties as required
