We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our Dallas, TX office. The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing support across various departments.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee office operations, including managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Greet visitors and serve as the primary point of contact for guests and vendors
Maintain office supplies, place orders as needed, and coordinate facility maintenance requests
Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
Manage scheduling, calendar appointments, and meeting logistics for staff and leadership
Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and other special projects as assigned
Ensure compliance with company procedures and support a positive office environment
Collaborate with internal teams to support HR, accounting, and other administrative functions
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in office administration or a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Professional demeanor and a commitment to confidentiality
