Office Administrator temporary position for 3 months initially due to increased workload, with possible Temp to Perm opportunities. Working as part of a small, busy team in rural Folkestone.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the delivery team and bookkeeper with a range of administration duties
Checking weekly timesheets on Mondays to ensure boxes and job codes are completed, obtain relevant manager approvals, and supporting with payroll
Processing and preparing new staff starter packs
Working alongside the training coordinator to ensure staff compliance and training records are up to date
Arranging and taking meeting minutes
Supporting posting job adverts
Answering phones and taking messages, managing post and other adhoc tasks
Requirements:
Strong office based Administration experience
Excellent IT skills with a meticulous eye for detail
