Job Description:

Office Administrator temporary position for 3 months initially due to increased workload, with possible Temp to Perm opportunities. Working as part of a small, busy team in rural Folkestone.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the delivery team and bookkeeper with a range of administration duties
  • Checking weekly timesheets on Mondays to ensure boxes and job codes are completed, obtain relevant manager approvals, and supporting with payroll
  • Processing and preparing new staff starter packs
  • Working alongside the training coordinator to ensure staff compliance and training records are up to date
  • Arranging and taking meeting minutes
  • Supporting posting job adverts
  • Answering phones and taking messages, managing post and other adhoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong office based Administration experience
  • Excellent IT skills with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Can start a new role almost immediately
