Job Responsibility:
Greet all visitors professionally and manage incoming calls and the company phone system
Maintain a high standard of presentation for the office and meeting rooms, including the procurement of office supplies and equipment
Produce an annual events calendar, manage internal company events within budget, and arrange staff travel requirements
Assist the HR Coordinator with on boarding new employees, managing employee inventory, and maintaining administrative "How-To" guides
Act as the Sydney office First Aider and Fire Warden, and complete scheduled workplace inspections in accordance with QMS requirements
Manage the company vehicle fleet (repairs, services, and tracking) and liaise with building management regarding infrastructure issues
Maintain company registers, including ASIC registrations, ISO certificates, and the asset register
Requirements:
2 + years of experience in a similar Office Administration or Coordination role
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise a heavy workload under pressure
Proficient in office technology, including SharePoint management and digital record-keeping
A proactive, mature approach with the ability to work autonomously and handle sensitive information with discretion
