Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at Breedon Cement, Kinnegad, Co Westmeath. As an office administrator you will be responsible for the smooth daily operations of the office encompassing office supply management, administrative support, and some financial tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reception: phones, door, visitor management, hospitality setup
  • Office Coordination: meeting room scheduling and setup, daily lunch orders, travel bookings, updating phone lists, stock coordination
  • Senior management expenses and credit card reconciliation (except top execs)
  • Plan & assist with well-being & colleague engagement initiatives as per plan (under direction)
  • Event logistics and onsite support
  • Holiday cover for the Senior EA
  • To perform other job-related roles and duties as and when required (general administrative and secretarial support)
