Job Responsibility:
Process purchase orders, process supplier invoices and invoice customers
Maintain the internal product tracking system
Book travel arrangements, and create itineraries for customer trips and exhibitions
Prepare orders for shipping and arrange deliveries
Requirements:
Must have office administrator experience
Comfortable with calculating percentages, using Excel (spreadsheets/formulas)
Team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Excellent written, email, and verbal communication
