Accutrainee has been leading the way in junior flexible resourcing for nearly 15 years. We support aspiring lawyers in building their careers and help law firms and in-house legal teams access high-quality legal talent. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our head office team and are looking for a bright and motivated graduate to join us. You do not need previous experience in a professional services environment (although it would be helpful). What matters most is the right attitude, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine eagerness to learn. Job Responsibility:
Act as the main point of contact for administrative tasks across the head office team
Maintain and administer our proprietary platforms, Connect and Pathways
Collaborate with team members to improve these platforms and support users to ensure a positive experience
Format candidate CVs to a high professional standard
Assist the recruitment team with the selection process, including screening applicants, scheduling and administering interviews and assessment centres, and engaging with candidates
Assist the HR team with the onboarding of new starters
Provide administrative support to team members, including diary management
Assist the team in organising and administering both in-person and online events
Administer shared inboxes and respond to emails from candidates, clients, and other stakeholders
Maintain and administer internal databases and spreadsheets
Support the team with ad hoc projects
Assist with general office administration, including ordering equipment and maintaining records
