This is a varied administration role where you will be working closely in a team to ensure all timesheets are processed accurately and on time. You will be joining a team who all support each other and work towards a common goal in a positive, fast-paced environment. You will be an integral part of this team.
Job Responsibility:
Inputting timesheets for payroll processing
Chasing clients for Purchase Order numbers
Sending out invoices and following up on payments
Data entry for banking information
Managing and correcting timesheet errors
Communicating with candidates to ensure timely submission of timesheets
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Strong IT and MS Office skills
Proactive attitude
Works well in a team, and happy communicating with the wider company
