Office Administrator

• Book surveys promptly and accurately, liaising with surveyors and clients to confirm arrangements and all necessary information
• Check and format written survey reports before they are issued to our clients
• Prepare and send invoices to our clients
• Monitor and manage the office inbox, ensuring that all enquiries are responded to and followed up in a timely manner
• Answer telephone calls, providing callers with information or directing calls and queries as required
• Log, process and escalate any client complaints to maintain a quality service standard
• Act as the BHV (Bedrijfshulpverlening or Emergency Response Officer) for the Rotterdam office

• Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary, or similar
• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, and Teams
• Excellent command of the English language (speaking, reading and writing)
• Strong interpersonal skills within a collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to handle client interactions confidently
• Ability to work as part of a team and take accountability for individual responsibilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience of working within the Offshore or Maritime sectors is beneficial
• You must have the right to live and work in the Netherlands
