We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support executive-level operations in a fast-paced environment in Washington, DC. This role requires an individual who can manage a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Responsibility
Provide high-level administrative support to C-Suite executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events, meetings, and executive functions
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Manage invoicing processes, including accounts payable coordination and vendor billing support
Oversee vendor relationships, including onboarding, communication, and ongoing management
Maintain organized office systems, records, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency
Support general office operations and assist with special projects as needed
Requirements
7+ years of experience supporting C-Suite or executive-level leadership
Demonstrated experience in event planning and coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience with invoicing, accounts payable (A/P), and vendor management
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
