Our client is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to support their team in London. In this part-time role, you will help facilitate smooth office operations and contribute to business development activities.
Job Responsibility:
Provide proactive administrative assistance to the team and management
Coordinate team activities, including scheduling meetings and organising internal and external events
Take and distribute accurate meeting minutes
Format reports and prepare presentations for various audiences
Support internal systems like project databases, timesheets, and expenses platforms
Assist with basic financial tasks, including logging expenses and supporting invoicing processes
Manage office supplies and maintain equipment
Liaise with energy providers and building management for facilities management
Act as the key user of the CRM system, handling data entry and supporting business initiatives
Update digital channels, including the website and social media
Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new starters and maintaining training records
Requirements:
Proven administrative experience in a similar office-based role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Nice to have:
Experience using CRM systems
Familiarity with budgeting or basic finance tracking
Experience coordinating events or meetings
Awareness of GDPR and data privacy principles
