Our Edson division is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator Summer Student. This is a 4-month term reporting to the Divisional Controller. Your day-to-day responsibilities are balanced with working in the Purchasing department and backup for other team departments as needed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Data entry, audits, and reviewing material for the team
  • Preparing reports and assisting with various audits
  • Tracking and processing various payments
  • Backup admin as needed. This will include working with Oracle and Ultipro
  • Assisting in accounting as opportunities exist
  • Arranging couriers and managing mail
  • Assisting with other duties and projects as required

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or working towards a diploma would be an asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite of Programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Quick learner and flexible to pick up different duties as needed
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
