We are partnering with a family-owned construction company in Southington, CT, looking for an Office administrator to manage day to day administrative functions with the ability to also take on some Bookkeeping! This role will be a true jack of all trades and require someone to be flexible in a small company environment where they easily adapt.
Job Responsibility:
Answering phones, assisting customers, and scheduling
Managing office supplies and supporting managers as needed
Handling COIs and OSHA responsibilities
Processing certified payroll
Processing accounts payable
Assist with billing and accounts receivable functions
Requirements:
Strong technical skills
5+ years of relevant experience working for a small company
Ability to work in an ever so changing environment
