Job Responsibility:

  • Perform high-volume scanning of shipping documents, invoices, and bills of lading
  • Execute precise data entry into the internal logistics management system
  • Organize and archive physical files to ensure easy retrieval for the morning shift
  • Verify the accuracy of scanned documents against digital records to maintain data integrity
  • Support the manufacturing & logistics team with general clerical tasks as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with office safety standards
  • Coordinate with shift supervisors to prioritize urgent documentation for outgoing shipments
  • Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues, such as scanner jams or printer connectivity

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in using high-volume industrial scanners and document management software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during evening hours
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with the manufacturing & logistics team
  • Fast typing speed with a low error rate
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced industrial office environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in an Office Administrator or data entry role is an asset
  • Ability to commute to Calgary SE (Foothills) for the 3:00 PM start time
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
