Job Responsibility:
Perform high-volume scanning of shipping documents, invoices, and bills of lading
Execute precise data entry into the internal logistics management system
Organize and archive physical files to ensure easy retrieval for the morning shift
Verify the accuracy of scanned documents against digital records to maintain data integrity
Support the manufacturing & logistics team with general clerical tasks as required
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with office safety standards
Coordinate with shift supervisors to prioritize urgent documentation for outgoing shipments
Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues, such as scanner jams or printer connectivity
Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in using high-volume industrial scanners and document management software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during evening hours
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with the manufacturing & logistics team
Fast typing speed with a low error rate
Adaptability to a fast-paced industrial office environment
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in an Office Administrator or data entry role is an asset
Ability to commute to Calgary SE (Foothills) for the 3:00 PM start time
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Capability to sit for extended periods while performing scanning and data input
