Job Responsibility:
Maintaining accurate financial records
Processing invoices and payments
Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping
Managing marketing tasks such as social media content, website updates, and all marketing materials
Working closely with suppliers, clients and the internal team
Helping shape how The Nova Team presents itself externally
Frequently visiting project sites to gather on-site media such as photos, videos, and customer testimonials
Requirements:
Experience in office administration, accounts, or bookkeeping preferred
Confident on all social media platforms, managing content, tasks and updates accordingly
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Organised, with the ability to work independently and manage own workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A small business mentality and able to wear many hats
Full UK driving licence and own transport (site visits required)
