Job Description:

A varied and hands-on role combining financial administration and marketing support. A great chance to build skills and play a key role in supporting The Nova Team’s operations and outward presence. Suitable for candidates who enjoy both numbers and creativity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping
  • Managing marketing tasks such as social media content, website updates, and all marketing materials
  • Working closely with suppliers, clients and the internal team
  • Helping shape how The Nova Team presents itself externally
  • Frequently visiting project sites to gather on-site media such as photos, videos, and customer testimonials

Requirements:

  • Experience in office administration, accounts, or bookkeeping preferred
  • Confident on all social media platforms, managing content, tasks and updates accordingly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Organised, with the ability to work independently and manage own workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A small business mentality and able to wear many hats
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport (site visits required)
