Job Responsibility

  • General office and administrative support
  • Managing mail, packages, and office supplies

Requirements

  • Previous administrative, office support, or coordinator experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable with data entry and CRM systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work onsite in Arcadia

Nice to have

Mandarin language skills are a plus, but not required
