Our client is currently seeking an Office Administration Assistant to join a leading organisation. This is a multifaceted role where you will be the 'glue' of the office, supporting the leadership team and ensuring daily operations run like clockwork. Job Responsibility:
Provide general admin assistance to the Leadership Team, including running errands, managing correspondence, and drafting meeting agendas/minutes
Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings and manage the company vehicle fleet
Utilise SAP to create Purchase Orders for office supplies, marketing materials, and equipment
Oversee the 'look and feel' of the office, manage facility vendors (cleaning/catering), and coordinate outgoing mail/PO Box requirements
Assist in the planning and execution of in-house and off-site celebrations, conferences, and team-building activities
Act as a Work Health & Safety Coordinator and contribute to environmental sustainability initiatives to reduce the office footprint
Requirements:
Proven background as an Office Administrator or Assistant, preferably within a corporate or tech environment
Strong proficiency in MS Office
experience with SAP or similar ERP software is highly desirable
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner
Superior time management and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting
A valid NSW Driver's Licence is preferred as this position will be working across two sites in Western Sydney
