The Office Admin role involves overseeing office operations, managing facilities and vendors, enhancing employee experience and culture, and supporting brand and event initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-organized workplace
Manage office budgeting and expenses, including invoice processing and cost tracking
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, pantry stock, and procurement needs
Ensure the office complies with internal policies, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements
Support the selection and setup of our new office location, including coordination with interior designers, contractors, and other external vendors
Manage ongoing relationships with office service providers such as maintenance, cleaning, security, and co-working or property teams
Assist with office equipment setup, workspace allocation, and facilities-related improvements
Organize and execute company events such as office open days, volunteer activities, and Plaud Anniversary celebrations
Contribute to employee experience programs that foster engagement, belonging, and team connection
Coordinate logistics for internal gatherings, team-building events, and cultural initiatives
Assist with office-related photo and video shoots, showcasing the space and supporting employer branding efforts
Support networking events, partner visits, and media engagements held in the office
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events and promotional activities reflect our brand values
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of relevant experience in office management and HR, preferably with local exposure
Knowledge of basic HR practices and statutory requirements
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to handle confidential matters with discretion and work independently
Nice to have:
Experience supporting office renovation and/or relocation would be a plus
