We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Office Admin Assistant to join our growing team in Gravesend. This is a key position within the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations while providing essential administrative support. You will also assist with recruitment processes and timesheet management, playing an important role in supporting both office and staffing functions.
Job Responsibility:
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, etc.)
Managing emails and transferring relevant data into individual folders
Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Making outbound calls when required
Assisting with recruitment administration, including arranging interviews and managing candidate information
Supporting the processing, checking and organisation of staff timesheets
Maintaining accurate records, files and databases
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Confident using email systems and managing data effectively
Good written and verbal communication skills
Professional telephone manner
Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment
