Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to work for a very well established, local, progressive business. You will be working within an extremely supportive, nurturing and caring team who will provide on-going training. This is officially a 12 month maternity contract, starting June but with the view to go permanent.

Job Responsibility

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Sales ledger/ month end
  • Credit control - checking that customers have paid invoices
  • Invoices/credit notes
  • Ordering amazon office supplies and occasional factory items
  • Staff holiday forms/ holiday schedules
  • General office support

Requirements

You must be a driver due to the rural location.
