Job Description:

As an Offer Calculation Expert, you support global Sales and Project teams by preparing and consolidating financial analyses during acquisition and project development phases. From offer calculations to EBIT tracking, you contribute with financial insights that enable transparent and reliable decision-making within the organization. This role is ideal for finance professionals who enjoy working with numbers, processes, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic automotive environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and consolidate offer and EBIT calculations for acquisition projects
  • Evaluate commercial KPIs and profitability scenarios
  • Review cost assumptions and documentation for accuracy and consistency
  • Support the assessment of cost-reduction measures and scenario simulations
  • Collaborate closely with international Sales and Project teams to clarify financial inputs and assumptions
  • Support financial evaluations related to change requests and new requirements in ongoing projects
  • Analyze the evolution of project profitability from acquisition to start of production
  • Support reporting activities related to project profitability and commercial KPIs
  • Ensure data is maintained accurately within the relevant CRM/ IT tools
  • Contribute to improving KPI reporting and dashboard visualization (e.g., Power BI)
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within controlling processes

Requirements:

  • Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, Commercial Finance, Purchasing Controlling, or plant-related financial functions
  • Experience in project-based or acquisition-driven environments is preferred
  • Financial & Business acumen
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of EBIT logic and cost structures
  • Experience with financial systems and digital tools
  • Power BI is an advantage
  • Data‑Driven Mindset & Analytical Reasoning (including Excel Proficiency)
  • Structured Work Approach & Attention to Detail
  • High‑quality output, delivered reliably and on time with minimal oversight
