Job Description:

The Message Trust is a worldwide movement passionately sharing the love of Jesus Christ in words and actions with the hardest-to-reach young people and communities. We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and pastoral worker, to be responsible for the development and delivery of The Message Trust's activities within HMP Swansea & Hillside Secure Children's Home, South Wales. You would be responsible for coordinating projects and events, running outreach courses such as Alpha, discipleship groups, structured detached outreach work, overseeing volunteers and establishing ongoing positive relationships with offenders. You would also spend one day each week building positive relationships with children at Hillside Secure Children's home, offering prayer and pastoral care, with the view to developing further outreach opportunities.
