Job Description:

Offboarding Delivery Partner will join the HR (Human Resources) delivery Team based in Warsaw/Poland. This is an intermediate level position responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources Team. The overall objective of this role is to provide Offboarding related HR services to client groups within Citi.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct end-to-end off-boarding processes for the UK (United Kingdom) and Europe (e.g. settlement agreements, terminations, severance preparations)
  • Engage in the full administrative process required for offboarding at Citi
  • HR documents preparation
  • Customer service (via ticket system) in terms of employees and managers support in off-boarding related matters
  • Assist with the management of all off-boarding related issues and provide advice and guidance on Citi policy and procedures
  • Liaise with other Teams where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience preferred
  • Min. 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations or other highly administrative roles would be a great advantage
  • Very good knowledge of Polish and English language (min. B2 level)
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
