We are looking for an established Wholesale Coordinator to join our Off Price Wholesale Department. You will be a dynamic people-person with the ability to build collaborative working relationships quickly. To provide effective support to the Off Price Department in order to drive sales, overachieve targets and maximise profitability. You will efficiently and accurately execute the operational activities of the Off Price channel, ensuring that all business needs are met. This role will own the operational aspect for Off Price customers.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary operational contact for customers and suppliers, providing prompt, professional support across all queries
Manage end‑to‑end Off Price operations, including supply chain, logistics, FOB/POE/landed shipping methods, and compliance with customer packing and QC requirements
Maintain accurate operational schedules and critical paths, collaborating closely with Sales, Buying and Suppliers to minimise risk and support revenue delivery
Handle PO management, including raising and updating POs, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring alignment with schedules
Coordinate timely and accurate invoicing, legal paperwork, and order book updates, working closely with Finance and suppliers
Support free stock list processes, general administration tasks, and provide cross‑team support during busy periods or staff absences
Build strong working relationships internally and externally, ensuring excellent service while maintaining discretion across customers and suppliers
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to effective communication across Off Price, Wholesale, Finance, Logistics and Buying
Requirements:
3 Years’ experience within Wholesale Operations or similar area with transferable skills
Highly organised and efficient with excellent administration skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel – ideally knowledge of basic formulas
Process driven – logical, analytical, numerate, accurate and detail-oriented
A natural problem-solver, who is able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Positive ‘can do’ attitude, adaptable, proactive, enthusiastic and prepared to be hands-on
A diplomatic team player, with excellent interpersonal skills who can interact effectively at all levels and build relationships internally and externally and can also work autonomously when required
Excellent presentation and great ambassador for The Dune Group
Sound experience of working in a similar role within the fashion / retail industry
