Job Description:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Off-Plan Conveyancer to join our growing property team. If you have at least 1 year of experience in off-plan conveyancing and enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Job Responsibility:

Manage the full process of off-plan conveyancing
liaise with developers, buyers, solicitors, and lenders
conduct thorough title checks
prepare all necessary legal documents
draft and review contracts
keep clients updated

Requirements:

1 year of experience in off-plan conveyancing
excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
strong client care abilities
ability to manage a caseload
experience with case management systems
