As an Off-cycle Intern at our Investment Banking division, you will have a varied working day consisting of valuation and modelling, performing analysis of companies and industries, and preparing pitches and investor materials on various projects. The internship period is from August to December 2026.
Job Responsibility:
Conducting research to gather industry-level and company-specific data
Preparation of pitchbooks and company profiles
Preparation of analysis, such as detailed financial modelling and business evaluations
Assist the full-time staff in the drafting of actual transaction documents
Assist the full-time staff in liaising with clients, as and when required
Any further ad-hoc work as required by the senior management
Requirements:
Be in the third year of study
GPA of 3.7 and above (SMU). GPA 4.5 and above (NTU, NUS)
Keen interest in understanding key industry trends and important drivers of the Energy, Offshore, and Shipping sectors
Strong knowledge of financial terms and concepts
Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
