We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented OEM Partner Marketing and Enablement Manager to drive the success of our strategic OEM partnerships through targeted marketing initiatives and comprehensive enablement programs. This critical role requires a blend of technical and demand generation marketing expertise, sales enablement experience, and a strong understanding of the DBaaS market. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that generate demand for our OEM partners' Aiven-powered solutions through SLG and PLG channels, and for creating and delivering enablement resources that empower their sales and marketing teams to effectively position and sell these solutions. You will work closely with both internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) and external partners to accelerate growth and maximize the value of our OEM program.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with Key Account Directors and OEM partners to develop and execute joint demand generation plans
Develop and deliver high-impact marketing assets tailored for OEM partner use
Create compelling content that highlights the value proposition of Aiven's platform
Plan, execute, and track joint marketing campaigns with OEM partners
Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and partner performance
Design, build, and maintain comprehensive enablement programs for OEM partner sales and marketing teams
Develop and deliver engaging training materials
Conduct live and virtual training sessions for OEM partner teams
Continuously evaluate and improve partner enablement processes
Create and maintain sales tools and enablement resources
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on OEM partner marketing and enablement strategies
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within OEM partner organizations
Track and report on the performance of partner marketing and enablement activities
Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with OEM partners
Requirements:
Technical and demand generation marketing expertise
Sales enablement experience
Strong understanding of the DBaaS market
