Job Description:

The project is centered on managing and coordinating the product approval (homologation) processes for lubricants, while supporting product development, validation, and strategic engagement with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) across automotive, marine, and industrial sectors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Initiate, coordinate, and monitor lubricant approval processes with OEMs
  • Act as primary technical point of contact for manufacturers
  • Oversee development and validation activities such as engine testing, bench testing, and physico-chemical analyses
  • Contribute to industrialization of new products
  • Propose and technically monitor lubricant formulations for regional and global tenders
  • Conduct technical assessments and support preparation of future bids
  • Maintain up-to-date records in internal systems such as SharePoint and SAP
  • Track purchase orders, verify invoice processing, and ensure timely payments related to homologation activities
  • Support testing activities involving vehicles and ensure compliance with internal quality standards

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or a related field
