Job Description:

Summit Skilled Solutions is seeking an OE Representative / Site Manager to oversee a conveyor system modification project at an Amazon facility. This role will act as the on-site representative for Amazon, responsible for coordinating contractors, managing project communication, and ensuring the successful execution of an inbound system modification installation. The individual in this role must be a strong communicator and project leader who can confidently run meetings, manage project documentation, and maintain continuous communication between all project stakeholders. This position operates more like a project leadership role rather than a standard hourly position. The selected candidate must take ownership of the project and ensure it remains on schedule and fully documented.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the Amazon representative overseeing contractor installation work
  • Coordinate three contractor teams performing system modifications
  • Lead daily coordination meetings with contractors and stakeholders
  • Maintain clear communication between contractors, Amazon teams, and project leadership
  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports and weekly status reports
  • Track materials being shipped to the site and manage inventory updates
  • Document and manage all change orders and schedule adjustments
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure installation remains on schedule
  • Identify potential issues and proactively resolve them
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Support project execution through strong leadership and coordination

Requirements:
