Job Description:

We are looking for an ODP Coordinator to support the Operator Development Program through administrative, technical, and logistical activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for operator development projects
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare data and reports
  • Process orders and perform SAP transactions in line with procedures
  • Prepare, maintain, and archive documentation
  • track trainings and operator records
  • Coordinate training organization, materials, and recordings with relevant departments
  • Monitor project activities and ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Cooperate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient execution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local legal requirements

Requirements:

  • University Degree (faculty of Technology, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or related fields)
  • Administrative experience in a production environment
  • English language proficiency
  • MS Office proficiency
