Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot Odoo issues across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Detect and correct wrong user entries before they cause larger problems
  • Provide regular user training and support to improve system efficiency
  • Coordinate with the Odoo support company and follow up on open tickets
  • Recommend improvements and assist in implementing new features or modules
  • Generate reports and ensure data accuracy and workflow compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field from a reputable university
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Odoo ERP (functional or administrative role)
  • Good understanding to the company's business processes
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Odoo, Excel, and ERP data management tools

Nice to have:

  • Odoo certification or previous experience in an Odoo implementation project is preferred
  • Basic technical understanding (SQL or Python) is a plus
