Requirements

5–7 years of experience in inventory analysis, logistics, or manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain preferred
Experience in dynamic manufacturing environments (aerospace, automotive, or electronics a plus)
Skilled in cycle counting, ABC classification, and variance analysis
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Odoo)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Willingness to travel to warehouses or production sites as needed
APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) are a plus

Job Responsibility

Manage daily and global cycle counts, reconcile variances, and track performance metrics
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through audits and WIP reconciliation
Maintain ABC classification and other inventory control methodologies
Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for inventory issues
Coordinate material disposition and manage scrap, including IP and hazardous items
Publish monthly reports on inventory health, adjustments, and trends
Build dashboards and analytics in Power BI or Tableau
Manage inventory actions related to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
Track excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory and lead shrinkage reduction efforts
Support ad hoc analysis and continuous improvement of inventory systems

Ensure data accuracy and governance, supporting digital traceability and manufacturing genealogy
Collaborate with IT and software teams to integrate data sources and deploy analytics tools (Power BI, Sigma, Looker, or similar)
Support ad-hoc analyses to drive continuous improvement projects and cost-reduction initiatives
