Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with five years of experience in safety management
Solid understanding of corporate safety programs, OSHA regulations, or Corps of Engineers EM385-1-1 standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with strong organizational and communication skills
Current Department of Defense secret security clearance is required, along with OSHA 30-hour and EM385
Ability to endure challenging working conditions, including heights and confined spaces, while ensuring personal and team safety

Job Responsibility

Plan, implement, and supervise project safety in compliance with corporate safety programs and contract requirements
Conduct daily safety inspections and document findings for all active work areas
Collaborate with field staff and management to develop safe work plans for each project phase
Serve as the safety liaison with clients, subcontractors, and external entities, addressing safety-related issues and concerns
Prepare and submit all safety-related reports, and conduct post-accident investigations to ensure continuous improvement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based tools
Minimum of a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of experience in quality control or project management
a four-year degree in engineering or construction management is preferred
Current Department of Defense secret security clearance or higher required
Current USACE CQMC is required
Physical ability to perform duties in various construction settings, including working in confined spaces and at heights, as well as maintaining safety protocols

Job Responsibility

Administer and implement the quality control system as outlined in the quality control manual for the project
Identify and resolve quality control issues, ensuring transparency in communication regarding deficiencies
Liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors on quality-related matters
Perform inspections and testing of materials, equipment, and workmanship, documenting results accurately
Maintain and review construction documentation, ensuring compliance with contract specifications

Prepare and submit timely monthly invoices, ensuring accurate accounting of costs related to materials and labor
Document potential changes and coordinate with the project team to preserve all relevant correspondence and records
