Oconus Construction Project Controls Engineer / Scheduler

• Review project plans and specifications to understand the scope and requirements
• Develop and maintain the project schedule in collaboration with the project team and subcontractors
• Monitor and report on-site and off-site construction activities to produce accurate monthly schedule reports
• Prepare and submit timely monthly invoices, ensuring accurate accounting of costs related to materials and labor
• Document potential changes and coordinate with the project team to preserve all relevant correspondence and records

• General knowledge of commercial and government construction contracting methods
• Proficiency in Primavera (P6) software and understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM)
• Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with clients and team members
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Minimum high school diploma/GED
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred, along with relevant project controls experience
• Current Department of Defense secret security clearance or higher is required
• Previous international and government contracting experience is preferred
