Job Description:

The Cyber Program Management Office (PMO) is undergoing a major transformation as it transitions to a new domain-driven model within its cyber risk portfolio. This shift fundamentally changes how the Cyber PMO operates, collaborates, and represents its work to stakeholders across the enterprise. We are seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead the development of change narratives, frameworks, and governance structures that will support the business function as it reinvents itself. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on consultant with strong experience in IT and PMO transformations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop clear, compelling change narratives, impact statements, and messaging tailored to different teams within Cyber and the broader business
  • Stand up and operationalize an OCM framework to guide the Cyber PMO through the transformation
  • Design and implement a governance structure that supports the new domain model way of working
  • Assess organizational impacts, stakeholder readiness, and adoption risks across all affected teams
  • Work closely with Cyber PMO leadership, transformation leads, and cross-functional partners in IT, Cybersecurity, and business units
  • Support day-to-day transformation activities, ensuring alignment with program objectives and milestones
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and leadership briefings to socialize changes and drive clarity
  • Partner with Cyber PMO teams to translate new operating principles into practical workflows and communication tools

Requirements:

  • Senior-level expertise in Organizational Change Management with proven ability to lead enterprise-level change
  • Experience supporting IT or technology-driven transformations, ideally within a PMO structure
  • Change Management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, or CCMP

Nice to have:

  • Cybersecurity domain exposure or experience working with cyber organizations
  • Experience within highly regulated or complex enterprise environments
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and shape structure within evolving programs
