Job Responsibility

  • Provides project management support to multiple medium sized projects or one larger more complex project
  • Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements
  • Supports all aspects of the project execution including chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management, and reporting
  • Facilitates resource planning, cost estimation, budget development and cost control
  • Ensures consistent application of all standard project management methodology processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project life cycle
  • Solid ability to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans
  • Creates/delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials
  • Interacts with clients acting as a key liaison between business and technology areas
  • Build internal network for career growth
  • Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience
  • 2 years’ recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience, where you built client relationships that resulted in trusted advisor activity

Nice to have

  • Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification
  • 2 or more years in organization development / design
