Provides project management support to multiple medium sized projects or one larger more complex project
Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements
Supports all aspects of the project execution including chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management, and reporting
Facilitates resource planning, cost estimation, budget development and cost control
Ensures consistent application of all standard project management methodology processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project life cycle
Solid ability to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans
Creates/delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials
Interacts with clients acting as a key liaison between business and technology areas
Build internal network for career growth
Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience
2 years’ recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience, where you built client relationships that resulted in trusted advisor activity
Nice to have
Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification
2 or more years in organization development / design
