Job Description

Our client, a leading Government Systems Integrator, is in need of an OCI Provisioning Engineer for an initial 12 month remote contract. The OCI Provisioning Engineer will be supporting a major DoD EHR modernization effort and will be responsible for supporting day to day operations of the customers OCI network infrastructure, configure and validate VCN peering, internet gateways, assist in implementing network security controls, create incident response and root cause analysis, etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience supporting the day to day operations of an enterprise OCI network Infrastructure environment
  • Experience configuring and validating VCN peering, internet gateways, NAT gateways and service gateways
  • Experience assisting with the implementation of network security controls and compliance standards
  • Experience supporting incident response and root cause analysis for network related issues
  • Experience creating repositories, stacks and pipelines for IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
