Ocean Logistics Coordinator

• Coordinate international ocean shipments from origin to destination
• Book containers with carriers and manage sailing schedules
• Prepare & process shipping documentation: BLs, ISF, customs info & more
• Track cargo, resolve transit issues, and keep clients in the loop
• Liaise with carriers, overseas agents, customs brokers & warehouses
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and client SOPs.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in pricing in logistics sector
• Experience in sea logistics – import/export
• Strong skills in using Excel and other MS Office applications are required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize the assigned workload effectively
• Ability to work under pressure.

French language proficiency
