Job Responsibility

Coordinate and manage ocean freight shipments from origin to destination
Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other required paperwork
Communicate with carriers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient shipment delivery
Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers and resolving any issues that arise
Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers to secure the best possible pricing for our clients
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
Assist with customs clearance processes and coordinate with customs brokers as needed
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Job Responsibility

Execution and coordination of freight forwarding orders in international sea transport

Ensuring the quality of provided services
Building relationships with newly acquired clients

Preparing freight forwarding documentation as well as documentation for export and import customs clearance
