Job Responsibility
Attract new clients and develop relationships with customers via cold calling
Sell Ocean services (mainly)
Work with existing clients
Recognize customer needs
Conduct business negotiations
Make preparation and submission of commercial offers
Provide relevant expert knowledge across solutions and logistics industry
Use CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales within freight forwarding or logistics, with a strong focus on ocean freight services
Experience in new business development, including cold calling and client acquisition
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Solid understanding of customer needs and solution-based selling
Strong skills in business negotiations and closing deals
Experience in preparing commercial offers and pricing solutions
Experience working with CRM systems for managing pipeline and client activity
Excellent knowledge of English
Exceptional problem solving and communicative skills
