Job Responsibility

Deliver highest level of customer service when interacting with residents, hotel guests, and community visitors
Provide accurate and informative guidance related to ocean awareness, ocean ecology, environmental practices, water safety, and general knowledge of the region, ocean, and resort
Assist in facilitation and execution of aquatic programs for residents and guests
Promote and support revenue-generating services by effectively communicating program offerings, assisting with reservations, and upholding service standards
Maintain all required certifications and consistently comply with mandatory safety protocols and performance standards
Participate in ongoing performance evaluations and training opportunities
Contribute to a positive and professional working environment
Participate in regular staff trainings and safety drills
