As an Occupational Therapy Assistant within Adult Social Care's Therapy Services team, you'll support people in their own homes who have a wide range of health, social and housing needs. You will carry out non‑complex, holistic assessments, complete reviews, and contribute to intervention plans under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist. You'll demonstrate and provide specialist equipment, arrange minor adaptations, and help individuals maximise independence, safety and dignity in their daily lives. The role also includes managing a caseload, maintaining accurate electronic records, liaising with partner organisations, assisting with equipment stores, and contributing to wider team tasks such as administrative or equipment‑related duties. This is a customer‑focused role requiring flexibility, responsiveness, and a commitment to the Council's equality, safeguarding, and health & safety standards.

Requirements:
