Job Description:

The role involves working with adults recovering from brain injury and stroke, focusing on functional rehabilitation, independence, and discharge planning. You will play a key role within the multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a specialist neuro rehabilitation caseload
Complete functional, cognitive, and neurological assessments
Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans
Support discharge planning and community reintegration
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and families
Maintain accurate clinical records and outcome measures

Requirements:

HCPC registration
Experience in occupational therapy, ideally within neuro rehabilitation or stroke services
Strong understanding of brain injury, stroke recovery, and rehabilitation pathways
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
