Job Description

This is a unique role working within an Adult Learning Disabilities Employment team, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and other needs into paid employment. You will work closely with service users to develop independence, functional skills, and confidence, helping them access and sustain employment opportunities. The role involves collaboration with employers, support networks, and the wider MDT to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

HCPC registration
Right to Work in the UK
Previous NHS or community experience
Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
Strong understanding of vocational rehabilitation or employment support (desirable)
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Strong communication and MDT working skills

Nice to have

Strong understanding of vocational rehabilitation or employment support
