Job Description:

Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6+ Occupational Therapist to join a service in North West London working with a paediatric caseload of children and young people aged 3–19 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ADHD. This role is due to start in September 2026. The role involves working within an educational setting, supporting children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions. You will provide assessment and intervention to support sensory processing, functional skills, and engagement in learning.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a paediatric caseload of children and young people with ASD and ADHD
Complete functional, sensory, and developmental assessments
Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team
Provide strategies to support sensory regulation and participation in learning
Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Requirements:

HCPC registration
Experience working within paediatric occupational therapy, ideally with ASD and ADHD
Knowledge of sensory integration and neurodevelopmental conditions
Ability to work independently within an educational setting
Strong communication and organisational skills
