Job Description:

Join a dynamic therapy team within an acute general rehabilitation setting, providing essential support to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out comprehensive functional assessments
Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans
Support patients in regaining independence and function
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
Provide discharge planning and home assessments
Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation

Requirements:

Current and valid HCPC registration
Proven experience in acute/general rehabilitation settings
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Previous NHS or UK-based occupational therapy experience (essential)
