Job Description:

Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Principal Occupational Therapist to join a clinic-based service working Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pm. The role involves leading within a clinical setting, providing high-quality assessment and intervention while supporting service development and clinical standards. You will work with a varied caseload and play a key role in service delivery and leadership.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a clinical caseload within a clinic-based setting
Complete functional and occupational therapy assessments
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
Provide clinical leadership and support to junior staff
Contribute to service development and quality improvement
Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Requirements:

HCPC registration
Significant experience in occupational therapy, ideally within a clinical or outpatient setting
Experience in leadership or senior roles
Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
Strong communication and organisational skills
