Job Responsibility
Assess and support students with a range of needs including sensory processing and motor skills
Develop and implement personalised intervention plans
Work collaboratively with teaching staff to embed therapeutic strategies within the classroom
Provide guidance and training to staff to support pupil needs effectively
Monitor and review student progress adapting interventions as required
Contribute to EHCP targets and multi-disciplinary planning
Requirements
Occupational Therapist qualification
Experience in supporting students with sensory processing and motor skills
Confidence, skills, and qualities to make a positive impact
