We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. Working closely with teachers, teaching assistants, and therapists, you will deliver high-quality care that directly support pupils' participation in school life and their wider development.
Job Responsibility
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions in line with each pupil's needs and Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans
Work collaboratively with the school's multidisciplinary team, families, and external professionals
Provide training, guidance, and support to school staff to embed therapeutic strategies into everyday learning
Maintain accurate records and contribute to annual reviews and reports
Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy and current HCPC registration
Experience working with children and young people, ideally in an educational or specialist SEND setting
Strong knowledge of sensory processing, motor development, and functional skills
Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
Committed to inclusive practice and continuous professional development
